—— 楚雄一中落实食品安全主体责任暨风险隐患大排查大整治工作
为确保广大师生的食品安全与健康,全面落实食品安全主体责任暨风险隐患大排查大整治工作要求,2024年11月1日我校王联海副校长率总务处相关人员及学校食堂管理人员进入食堂实地查看,对学校食品安全关键十环节进行逐一检查。
检查涉及食堂的制度建设,环境卫生,病媒生物防制,食材采购,储存、加工、留样,餐具消毒,清洗等关键环节,并现场随机抽查了工作人员对操作流程和食品安全知识的掌握情况。
检查结束后王联海副校长要求要在学校食堂日常管理工作中严把采购关、严把运输关、严把进货查验关、严把贮存关、严把餐食营养关、严把加工关、严把备餐关、严把留样关、严把复用餐饮具消毒关、严把食堂经营主体关这事关学校食品安全的关键十环节。进一步守牢食品安全关,坚决杜绝学校食品安全事件发生。
